Live2u helps you discover real-time promotions, events and specials from local businesses. You may use the app to browse promotions, follow businesses, save favorites and set your preferences. You agree to use Live2u only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Many promotions featured on Live2u relate to venues that serve alcohol or are restricted to adults. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the legal age and any other requirements to access a venue or take part in a promotion. Always drink responsibly and follow local laws.

You can browse without an account, but some features require one. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Promotions, prices, availability and event details are provided by the businesses themselves and can change or end at any time — sometimes without notice. Live2u shows this information as a convenience but does not guarantee its accuracy, availability or that any deal will be honored. Always confirm details directly with the business.

• Don't misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't use Live2u to harass others or to post unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
• Don't reproduce or resell any part of the service without our permission.

Live2u, its logo, design and software are owned by Live2u and protected by applicable laws. Business names, logos and promotional content belong to their respective owners. These terms don't grant you any rights to those marks beyond using the app as intended.

Live2u is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any promotion will be available or honored.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live2u is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or from your interactions with the businesses and venues you discover through it.

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service over time. If we make material changes we'll update the date above. You may stop using Live2u at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
